English-language seminar on property and visa rule changes
An English-language investment strategy seminar will be held on June 3, 2026, focusing on Japan’s changing landscape for foreign real estate investment and investment-related visas.
The seminar will focus on two timely topics: potential restrictions on real estate acquisition by foreign buyers and changes affecting Japan’s Business Manager visa. As Japan continues to attract international interest from investors, business owners and property buyers, these areas are becoming increasingly important to understand.
The event will feature a panel of four specialists: Yutaka Kiso, a shihoshoshi lawyer and corporate/visa specialist; Takato Hatsuyama, a labour and social security attorney; Shimpei Wakana, a tax accountant; and Junpei Kataoka, an attorney at law.
The seminar will be held as a hybrid event, with in-person attendance at EdVenture Les Elfes Activity Center in Kabayama, Niseko, as well as online participation via Zoom. The event runs from 14:00 to 16:00 JST. In-person attendance is limited to 30 seats, with tickets priced at ¥9,000. Online tickets are priced at ¥8,000.
